What is the difference between "Barebone" and "With RAM & SSD"?
A "Barebone" system comes WITHOUT memory (RAM), storage (SSD), and an operating system. You will need to install these yourself. If you want a ready-to-use Mini PC, please choose a configuration with RAM and SSD (e.g., 32GB RAM + 1TB SSD), which includes a pre-installed Windows OS.
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
Most "In-stock" orders are shipped directly from our local European warehouses. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the EU. For "Pre-order" items, please refer to the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page.
What is your return policy? Do I need to send it back to China?
No, you don't need to send it to China! We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Local Return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can easily return it to our EU facility.
Does my Mini PC come with a warranty and tech support?

Can I upgrade the RAM or SSD myself? Will it void the warranty?
Yes, our Mini PCs are designed to be user-friendly for upgrades. Opening the case to upgrade or replace the RAM and SSD will NOT void your 3-year warranty, provided that no internal components are physically damaged during the process.
